| You may order your homebrew and winemaking products by Phone, Fax, Post or Online. Orders are despatched on a rotational basis, usually the next day after receipt, depending on stock. Deliveries are made via Parcelforce 48 hour service or Fastway.(not including weekends & bank holidays).Please allow up to seven days. Carriers will not hold themselves responsible for breakages. | Complaints & Returns Procedure |
| If you have any complaints please contact us by letter, phone or e-mail and we will endeavour to sort out your problem, fairly and confidentially, within 3 days. _________________________________________________________________________________ If the goods are faulty, please contact us within seven days of receipt. They will be replaced free of charge or a refund given. _________________________________________________________________________________ You have a statutory right to cancel the contract within 7 days of delivery by giving written notice to Leyland Home Brew, 15 Chapel Brow, Leyland, Lancs PR25 3NH. Goods must be returned, unused, at your expense and be appropriately packaged. Please get proof of posting and ensure that there is adequate insurance against loss or damage.
