| An efficient insulated 30 litre mash tun based on a Thermos insulated picnic box. The unit is fitted with a copper wort strainer and tap allowing the wort to run directly into a boiler.
The tun is pre-heated, filled with the appropriate amount of hot liquor and the grains are stirred in. After 90 minutes converion is complete and you are ready to commence sparging, the unit now acting as a lauter tun.
