A good beer brewing kit to start out with is the Black Rock selection, these come from New Zealand and are known for using good old fashioned methods to ensure your creation is a beer with a very natural taste. The clarity that is wanted by most people who brew beer comes about by the Nelson hops and finest barley that is used by Black Rock.
Some of the different beers available are the Nut Brown which is very malty and has a deep amber look to it. Then we have the stout which is very dark and smooth, the company bitter has to be tasted to be believed.
